Sally Oh

Sally Oh is a MCP student at MIT DUSP and supports the Just Urban Economies Program at CoLab. Prior to DUSP, Sally worked as a Research Assistant at Seoul National University’s Sustainable Development and Applied Economics Lab. She also worked at an international development NGO in Washington, D.C., where she coordinated U.S. government-funded development projects that supported farmer cooperatives in the Philippines, Afghanistan, and more. She is interested in community-based work that promotes economic democracy, participatory action, and deeper inclusion of historically marginalized communities. She has a B.A. in International Studies with a minor in Art History from American University and a M.A. in Economics from Seoul National University.
