Angelica Mayolo, Executive President, Chamber of Commerce, City of Buenaventura, Valle de Cauca, Colombia (Colombia Pacific Region Community Partner)

Ms. Mayolo is a lawyer, master in international law and specialist in administrative law  who has held positions of high importance at the national level, always linked to the  development of competitiveness issues and peace-building in Colombia’s Pacific region. In her role as Chamber of Commerce President, she is leading the City’s commercial sector  response to the Covid-19 health emergency, accompanying merchants in developing the strategies to  face the economic crisis. "The love for Buenaventura and my life commitment to the development of  the Pacific will motivate me to work hard, especially in this situation where we need unity," said Mayolo.  Prior to this post, Ms. Mayolo served as Secretary of Economic Development for the City of Cali, Valle de  Cauca, Colombia.
